I have improved my drawing skills by not just doing a simple rectangle with squares inside; I used color, and actually made a road.
I am most successful in the buildings because you can just use a lot of color and do different things to each and every ones of them. I also did little details like bricks. The clouds in my sky looked good I think.
My road was about the same color as the sidewalk. If I could redo it I would make the sidewalk much lighter than the road. My sky also was dark; I wish I would have made it more colorful.
Overall I think my work of art is successful. I would change a few things but it is still the best piece of art I’ve ever done. It has a lot of color, which I like.
